Returns & Refunds You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unused and in the same condition as received In original packaging with all tags and accessories Accompanied by proof of purchase Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Products that have been used or opened Items without original packaging Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@glamgo.co.za] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [support@glamgo.co.za] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
