We are proud to offer fast, reliable local shipping throughout South Africa. All products are dispatched from our South African facility.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate for orders under R500
- Free Shipping:Â On all orders R500 and above

Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages:Â If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 48 hours
- Damaged Packages:Â Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us immediately
- Incorrect Address:Â We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during South African public holidays and peak shopping periods.
